4 Essential Tools for Starting a Content Team

If you're starting out with content marketing you are going to need some help managing the content production process. Even a small content team has to create, edit, schedule and post multiple pieces of content in parallel. 

Here are four essential tools for new content teams that you can use to make sure that all of the work gets done, efficiently, on schedule, and well.

1. Trello

Trello is a basic project management tool that can make both completing one project -- and keep track of a bunch of projects at once -- much easier.

This tool allows you to create a card for each project (like a post-it note), then you can assign people to that project, add attachments, schedule (and reschedule that project) and more. It also enables you to organise all of your projects into categories and columns so you can visually see and easily prioritise what you're working on.
